Three executables will be installed - a separate program to convert VB.Net 2003, 2005, and 2008 projects.

Requires .Net Framework 1.1 (for VB.Net 2003 projects), 2.0 (for VB.Net 2005 projects), or 3.5 (for VB.Net 2008 projects).  The latest version of MDAC is also required. 

In general, if you have Visual Studio.Net installed corresponding to the VB.Net project you are trying to convert, you should have all the requirements met.

After downloading, go to Start Menu -> Program Files -> VBConversions to launch program.

Note - all versions of the VB.Net to C# Converter can be installed side by side with no problems.  You don't have to uninstall a previous release and the new release should immediately recognize your registration information.
